40 Fun and Unique Things to do on Las Vegas Strip

Las Vegas is one of the most popular vacation spots in the United States. From its colorful, bright lights at night to the beautifully themed casinos to the sound of people screaming for joy, there is a lot to see in Las Vegas. I’ve been to Las Vegas two times in the past year, and I am eager to go back. But, of course, there’s plenty to do if you don’t want to drink and gamble.

You can do many of the attractions on the list with children or with a group of friends. Regardless you will have a good time! Everything on the list is located on the Las Vegas Strip. There is plenty to do off the strip, but we can save that for another time.

Of course, I will give you a few tips for vacationing in Vegas if you have never been. Luckily I did my research on Las Vegas before going because If not, I would not have had the best time while visiting.

3 Tips to know before going to Las Vegas

1. Wear comfortable shoes! No matter how cute you want to look on the strip, your feet will start to bother you—a LOT. So if you’re going to take a pretty picture with cute shoes, bring the shoes with you and swap them out when you are finished.
2. Beware of workers who want you to take a picture with them. Unless you want to take a picture with them, keep walking. They expect you to pay them, and they can get hostile if you walk without paying.
3. Be aware of resort fees if you stay on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort fees prices vary depending on where you stay, but you have to pay it for each day of your stay. Also, there is another fee that you have to pay, but it is refundable. It is more like an incidental fee, so you get your money back as long as you keep the room intact.

You have to pay for some of the attractions, but some are Free! I have done 16 of the things on the list. However, I plan to go back to Vegas in July, so I plan to do more activities on the list.
