25 Exciting Things to Do on a Carnival Cruise

 You just booked your first Carnival Cruise!

 You have placed the cruise countdown on your phone and are waiting for the day to come.

 Rather this is your first time cruising or your 10th; you want to get the most out of your experience.

 I just went on my first cruise in April, and I spent countless times on Tiktok looking at things to do and cruise tips. I will say I enjoyed myself and made the most out of my trip. However, it would’ve been easier if all the activities I wanted to do were all in one place instead of in various videos.

The Carnival Cruise app lets you plan your itinerary for the day because there is something to do every hour. That is very helpful, but there are many more things to do on the ship that you can’t add to the cruise app.

Which brings us to now! I have made it easier for you to have your activities all in one spot so it can be easier for you to remember what you could do while on your cruise vacation.

Disclaimer: I will only talk about what to do on the ship, not off the ship. Depending on your location, you may do different activities off the boat.

1. Eat At Guys Burger

If you ask someone where they like to eat on the cruise, usually they will say Guys burger. You can go there as much as possible, and the lines move quickly!

 

2. Watch one of the Cruise’s Show

If you can, attend as many shows as possible to get the most out of the cruise!

 

3. Relax at the Serenity Deck

Serenity is the adult-only session of the cruise. It has longue chairs, mushroom chairs, a bar, and a pool! Only adults 21 years old and up are allowed.

4. Try your luck at the casino

Don’t spend all of your money there, though!

5. Play Bingo

Make sure to buy a card beforehand.

6. Go Mini Golfing

Eventhough it may show up on the app for a specific time, you can visit mini golf whenever it is open.

7. Go down the pool slide

8. Go to the Aracde

It is a little small, but it is packed with a lot of fun games!

9. Visit the Club

I did not do this, but I was told they were pretty fun

10. Watch a Sports game at the Sports Bar

Watching a sporting match with many excited strangers was a fantastic experience.

11. Relax in the Various Hot tubs

Try out all the hot tubs on the cruise ship!

12. Go to the shops and get some souvenirs

They also have hygiene products and some medication if you need it.

13. Attend the Comedy Show

There are usually two comedians, so why not attend both?

14. Go to the gym

Try to go to the classes or all the classes. Also, enjoy the Sauna!

15. ….Or the Walking Trail

Ten laps equals 1 Mile!

16. Get on the rollercoaster!

Not all cruises have this.

17. Watch a movie on the top deck

Don’t forget your popcorn and blanket. I’m serious about the blanket; it gets pretty cold at night.

18. Watch a movie at the Imax Theather

Again, not all cruises have this feature.

19. Get dressed up for Captain’s Night

Your Captain Night day will show up on the carnival app.

20. Go to a deck party

Rather it is the nighttime deck party or the going away party. Attend at least one or both!

21. Do Karaoke

22. Go to the spa

You would have to pay for this experience. You can book ahead of time, or you can book it while you are on the ship.

23. Eat Unlimited Ice Cream

They have frozen yogurt and Ice cream that you can consume as much as possible. I had at least 10 in the day at one point.

24. Play Basketball or Volleyball

The court is split in half, so go to volleyball if you get tired of basketball.

25. Take Tons of Photos
